Reviews and Ratings
I loved the location of this hotel, right near the pier for the free concert and within walking distance from downtown and the Boardwalk. There was so much to do around, and it was just what I was looking for! The rooms were a bit basic and small but having the split layout with the bathroom in between felt like a nice touch after sharing rooms in other places. The service was good, especially the friendly housekeeping staff. However, the dining options were limited to packaged foods and not what I would expect for a continental breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were good and clean, featuring both a queen and king-size bed, although a bit small. The service was helpful and friendly, especially with the cleaning staff. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk. The dining options were basic but acceptable. The facilities were decent, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was right at the street, facing a busy street where I watched homeless people pushing carts up-and-down the entire stay. The rooms were clean, and the people there were very nice to celebrate without disturbing the children. The service was kind and accommodating, although there were some issues resolved with explanations. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was minimal, with prepackaged items and some timing issues. The hotel had some basic facilities with minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located conveniently close to the beach and the boardwalk, making it perfect for our needs on the trip. The rooms were cozy and clean, but there were some disturbances at night. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with the shower. The dining options were minimal but acceptable. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay was interesting, with some positives like a convenient location for exploring Downtown Santa Cruz and the boardwalk, but the constant presence of homeless people on the bustling street made me feel uneasy in the evenings. The service was a mix of indifference and rudeness, with housekeeping being the highlight. The dining area was basic but sufficient. Overall, it was an average experience with both good and not-so-good aspects.
